The doctor that we see is amazing and doesn't make you feel rushed. He thoroughly answers all of our questions.
I've been going here for the past 5 years with little to no complications and they've helped me a great deal, especially the CAT team. Therapist are great and caring and so are the psychiatrist. For everyone having issues with scheduling - just make sure the receptionist schedules your next appointment right in front of you, then and there. Be sure to keep your appointment card as well.
I'm sorry for the others that haven't gotten quality service, but seriously I am feeling that my therapist, shrink, and also the staff are giving my unique situation the respect and attention it deserves. My therapist along with the psychiatrist bend over backwards and respond to the urgency I express in my ongoing treatment with COPE. May I suggest more open communication and sincerity from those who are feeling like these guys just don't care.
